On March 14th, letters were mailed to applicants who applied between January 12, 2011 and March 3, 2011. The deadline to have packets and verifications completed and turned into our office is Monday, March 26, 2012 at 4:00 p.m.

Thank you for your question about the Provo Housing application process. If you would like to apply for either or both of our programs, you would need to either come into our office at 650 West 100 North, Provo, and fill out our application, or print the application from our website (here) and bring it into our office. To take your application, we will need readable copies of each Social Security Card for each member of your household.

Our Housing Choice Voucher waiting list gives a priority to current Provo residents. Because we have so many Provo residents on the waiting list, non-Provo residents will not qualify or ever reach the top of our waiting list.
