On January 5, 2012, letters were mailed to applicants who applied between September 2, 2010 and January 11, 2011. The deadline to have packets and verifications completed and turned into our office is Thursday, January 19, 2012 at 4:00 p.m.

I do not know if I need to place my name on a list before I bring in my paperwork?
You will only receive paperwork when you have reached the top of the waiting list. If you have applied and have received a letter with the paperwork included, you will need to come into our offices with all the paperwork completed including your verfications before the deadline listed on your letter.
