PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Provo City Housing Authority Board of Commissioners has cancelled its August 29th meeting. The remaining regular meetings will continue as previously noticed on September 26th, October 24th, November 28th, and December 19th.
Unless otherwise noticed and published, these meetings shall be held at 4:15 p.m., at the Provo City Housing Authority main office building at 650 West 100 North,Provo,Utah. This annual meeting schedule is subject to change in the event circumstances so require.
Any meeting held on a date not in conformity to this annual meeting schedule will be noticed in accordance with Utah law. Meetings at times other than specified shall be held by the Provo City Housing Authority Board of Commissioners as circumstances require.
All meetings of the Provo City Housing Authority Board of Commissioners are open to the public, unless closed pursuant to Section 52-4-4 and 52-4-5, Utah Code Annotated as amended.
A written agenda of each open meeting will be posted at the Provo City Housing Authority main office at 650 West 100 North, Provo, Utah no later than 24 hours preceding such meeting.
