In accordance with Utah Code 53-4-6, PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Provo City Housing Authority Board of Commissioners will hold regular meetings during the calendar year 2014, which meeting schedule follows: January 22, 2014; February 26, 2014; March 26, 2014; April 23, 2014 April 30, 2014; May 28, 2014; June 25, 2014; July 23, 2014; August 27, 2014; September 24, 2014; October 22, 2014; November 19, 2014; December 17, 2014.
Unless otherwise noticed and published, these meetings shall be held at 4:15 p.m., at the Provo City Housing Authority main office building at 650 West 100 North, Provo, Utah. This annual meeting schedule is subject to change in the event circumstances so require.
Any meeting held on a date not in conformity to this annual meeting schedule will be noticed in accordance with Utah law. Meetings at times other than specified shall be held by the Provo City Housing Authority Board of Commissioners as circumstances require.
All meetings of the Provo City Housing Authority Board of Commissioners are open to the public, unless closed pursuant to Section 52-4-4 and 52-4-5, Utah Code Annotated as amended.
A written agenda of each open meeting will be posted at the Provo City Housing Authority main office at 650 West 100 North, Provo, Utah no later than 48 hours preceding such meeting as well as posted on the Utah State Public Meeting website at http://www.utah.gov/pmn/index.html , and on the Provo City Housing Authority website at https://provohousing.org on in compliance with the Utah Code 52-4-6.
