Public Notice: Request for Proposals Construction Manager/General Contractor St. Francis Senior Housing
St. Francis Senior Housing: 42-unit, 3 story senior housing complex 450 West 200 North, Provo, Utah
St. Francis Housing Partners, LLC (“Owner”) is accepting sealed proposals from qualified Construction Management/General Contractor companies (“CM”) for the construction of a 42-unit senior housing complex to be locate at 450 West 200 North, Provo, Utah.
Proposal documents will be available via email from the office of the Architect, WPA Architecture (475 North Freedom Boulevard, Provo, Utah on 3/17/2014.
Sealed CM proposals will be received at the office of WPA Architecture no later than 4:00 pm MST on 3/31/2014. Proposals must be marked attention St. Francis Housing Partners, LLC and contain all requested information to be considered a responsive proposal. Provide three (3) sealed copies of the completed proposal documents. Proposals will be opened and reviewed by the Owner and Architect privately.
All information requested in the proposal documents will be evaluated through an assessment by the Selection Committee as to the ability of each CM firm to perform the required work in a satisfactory and timely condition, costs, and other factors as specified in the proposal document package. The Selection Committee will select the CM on the basis of the proposal information submitted. There are specific requirements outlined in Section 110.4.5, indicating the qualifications expected from offerors. Interviews or discussions may or may not be conducted with offerors who submit proposals determined to be reasonably capable of being selected for award, but proposals may be accepted without interviews or discussion. The Selection Committee reserves the right to discuss proposal information for clarification with CM candidate firms who have submitted proposals which are deemed responsive.
