Public Notice: The Provo City Housing Authority will be conducting a Public Hearing for its 5-Year Plan and Agency Plan on Tuesday June 26th from 12:pm to 2:00 pm. The 5-Year Plan and Agency Plan are available for public inspection and comment 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday at 650 West 100 North Provo, Utah.

We will need Social Security cards, or readable copies of the cards for ALL members of your household at the time of your application.
