On March 19, 2015 letters were mailed to qualified applicants who applied between July 15, 2014 and September 15, 2014. The deadline to have packets and verification’s completed and returned to our office is April 15, 2015 by 4:00 p.m. Please do not wait until the last minute to return these items.

If you have received notice that your household has reached the top of the waiting list, only after your packet and verification’s have been completed and returned to this office we will schedule all adult members of the household a briefing. A briefing is a group meeting where you will receive all the final paperwork and information about the Housing Choice Voucher program.
At this time, the average wait for qualified current Provo residents is 6-8 months.
